About Majella

A career built in the Caribbean.
Connected to the world.

Beginning her career between New York and the Caribbean, Majella has spent three decades working across hospitality, development, entrepreneurship, media and public-private relationships.

She has run the businesses herself: opening and rebuilding properties, including after Hurricanes Luis (Force 4) and Irma (Force 5), managing teams, negotiating through difficult environments, producing international stories and cultivating relationships across island markets.

Three decades spent building businesses, relationships and ideas across the Caribbean.

Founder Perspective

The project is new.
The experience behind it is not.

CPRC brings together disciplines that have defined Majella’s career for three decades: hospitality, island development, international relationships, operations, media, community engagement and an understanding of how people experience the Caribbean.
